UITWAAIEN

I know, there be some that think the old geezer is friendless.  I have more than one...

There is one friend.  A very dear friend.  After many sleepless night, I have found the perfect work to describe what it is that he does on a daily basis.  That would be the word of the day highlighted in this post.

You see, this very dear friend, well, he loves to take long walks in the mountains.  Not just short walks, but the kind that take hours to complete, and are so long that he has to carry a loo roll with and water...

Talk about walks off the beaten path.  Am told tales of being shot at, finding any number of spent bullets, weird things thrown out of vehicles and blown away cash.  So remote are the nature walks that he is not even within connecting distance of a tower to receive mobile calls.

Truth be told, this old geezer loves to walk, but it has to be in a setting where there are people to admire and buildings to look at.  Rather thought it was odd for my friend to pick a setting so desolate for his walks.

Then I came upon this word.  Says it all...

Mind, there must be something missing in the walks.  The head is not so clear and this dear friend is always walking in the 'wind' that I pass...
