WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO PREVENT DRUG USE?

Filmed bit done in 2009 about the 'evils' of crack. Have to wonder how many go out of way to try and prevent this 'evil' from taking root in their neighbourhood.
This old geezer may be too much for some to take, but no one will every be able to say I said and did nothing. More's the pity that more folks do not.
