Yesterday, the street lamp outside me back door was switched off. The chaps from Public Works were out switching off many of the street lamps round home.
Elm Street is not much of a road but folks do use it, and it leads to Post Office. Now the road is cast in complete darkness. Not entirely, as have put a spot light on back of cottage.
Have to wonder if $2,661,000.00 for police department of a very small town is worth more than keeping the roads well lighted.
