This old geezer does not drive. Have known what it feels like to receive a parking ticket. Mind, mates who have, have acted rather angry at and oft times refused to pay.
Marysville Police Department writes thousands of tickets yearly, leading the citizenry to call the coppers, the revenuers. With a cost of $2,661,000.00 to the public purse, coppers do all possible to raise cash for the city. Always thought the role of police department was to serve and protect, not to punish.
