I NEED TO SMILE MORE

Sometimes the 'pose' is not a happy one.  One has to get ready and before one knows it, 'snap' and out comes a gloom look.  I was so concerned about looking at the camera...

I try to get in a good walk each morning.  Makes me feel so alive.

In 4 days I will be celebrating me birthday and I am looking forward to it with undiluted pleasure.  Who knew I would live this long?

What a lot of life has gone by.
