Just outside of Vacaville, we came upon this young chap hitchhiking...
Vacaville is where they have the funny farm. More than that, they have a state prison for the criminally insane. Bear that in mind.
I have a rule. You do not pick up hitchhiker with out ID. Let's face it, where would the ID be on this chap. The thought crossed my mind that the chap had escaped from one of the aforementioned places and would be a right nasty piece of work in the vehicle. Had visions of being pistol whipped or worse.
With a wink and a nod, we sped passed the chap and looking back could see the massive knife stuck in his shorts. At least I think it was a knife.....

Wouldn't stop for him. The brakes would screech if it was the pirate game character Rotten Robbie and he was wearing his secret cutlass.
