GONNA NEED A BIGGER BOAT

 My friend James is not able to pass up a deal.  He was offered this boat at good price and he jumped on it.  Just needs a little TLC and maybe new seats......

Where is the dock?

 Something strange about seeing a boat in the front garden.  One wonders if it just washed up there.

Ready for a cruise

It is not the Titanic.  Rather think James is going to have to get a much bigger yacht if he is planning on inviting people to sail the seas.  What with his tribe and friends, he needs to have more space.  Like for the drinks, food, shuffle board, life boats.......
