'LOCKDOWN' AT MARYSVILLE SILLY HALL

Why is that entire staff has to depart for Lunch at same time at Marysville Silly Hall? Has history proved to denizens of Silly Hall that no one is apt to come by to pay monies? Or is it just a case of elected and appointed setting schedule to serve their needs and not the needs of the public?

Gives a whole new meaning to a 'small town' attitude. Mind, this is Marysville, and the denizens of Silly Hall thrive on living in the past and not the present.
